Enfield Council’s draft Local Plan proposes development within open Green Belt countryside and clusters of tall buildings in or near Conservation Areas. The Enfield Society believes that there are very significant regeneration opportunities within the Lee Valley that have not been included within the Plan and that the Council’s draft Local Plan consultation was a wasted opportunity.
