Description
The images within this book were taken by thirteen members of Edmonton Camera Club and reflect life around the stations, environment and people who use and work on the Hertford Loop line.
The photographs record the architecture in and around the stations and small, often overlooked, details. Passengers were recorded at all times of the day, waiting for trains, boarding them and travelling. Staff were captured going about their daily tasks or assisting passengers.
Some of the photographers went further, capturing aspects of infrastructure, such as bridges and viaducts.
The book was supported Great Northern, Friends of Gordon Hill Station, and The Enfield Society.
