Our heritage walks are an opportunity to explore parts of our Borough’s heritage on foot.
Joe Studman will lead this walk as our industrial heritage is revealed in the eastern extremities of the Borough. Hear about the Crape Works, Wright’s Flour Mill, Shell factory, Ediswan and Market Gardens. [Sorry, we cannot visit the inside of Wright’s Mill.]
Free to members of The Enfield Society. Walk led by Ray Tuthill, President of the Royal Small Arms Factory (RSAF) Apprentices Association, and Patrick Grey, Heritage Manager of the RSAF Trust. A tour of the site with access to areas not normally open to the public.
