The Society has received the following information about plans for the trading estate in Locoln Road Enfield:
Goodman is an owner and developer of high-quality industrial spaces in the United Kingdom and is currently bringing forward plans for the redevelopment of Martinbridge Industrial Estate on Lincoln Road, Enfield. The current objective is to construct new buildings in 2028.
Goodman is currently in the preliminary stages of preparing an outline application and is keen to get your feedback on the emerging plans.
The public consultation will be held on Tuesday 16th July at Ponders End Methodist Church, 378 High St, Enfield, EN3 4DG. Please feel free to drop by anytime between 4:30pm and 8:00pm. During this event we welcome you to view the proposals, speak with the project team, and share any feedback you may have.
