Metaswitch (100 Church Street): online exhibition

An on-line public exhibition has been launched for 100 Church Street, the Metaswitch building adjacent to the New River Loop.

The developer has appointed Maccreanor Lavington Architects as the lead designer. They designed Dujardin Mews in Ponders End and have won the Stirling Price, RIBA Awards and Civic Trust Awards for a number of developments.

100 Church Street is a very prominent site at the western entrance to Enfield Town and within the Conservation Area. Members are encouraged to view the plans and provide comments to the developer. If you would like to also send your comments to the Society that would be helpful so that we can gain an understanding of members’ views.
