A new pocket-sized guide celebrates pubs, local history, and railway journeys along the Hertford Loop Line.

Friends of Gordon Hill Station and Enfield Chase Station Partners—both part of The Enfield Society—are thrilled to announce the launch of the Hertford Loop Line Rail Ale Trail, a free 24-page, full-colour illustrated booklet encouraging locals and visitors alike to explore the vibrant pubs and hidden gems along the railway line from Alexandra Palace to Watton-at-Stone.

  • Expertly curated pub listings with a focus on real ale,
  • Local Historical context and walking inspiration.
