St Paul’s Centre, Enfield Town: sold?

We understand that the St Paul’s Centre, which was up for sale for £2.2M has been sold to a Romanian Church, reported to have paid well above this figure. More importantly, and sadly, we understand the new owner will not be offering the building out to community groups.
