Amy an Marcio have recently taken over running the Redwood Bistro at Wolden’s Nursery at Crews Hill. They provided books on Enfield for customers to read while relaxing. These had been very popular prompting lots of interest and conversations, but the books were stolen in February.
Sarah Heyward who helps with The Enfield Society’s book sales saw a Facebook post about the theft. The Society, which sells new and second-hand books about the Borough, put together a box of books to replace the stolen ones.

Amy and Marcio (pictured) were delighted to receive the items which can now be found in the Bistro. The Society also hopes that they will be allowed to sell some of the Society’s publications, such as the popular footpaths map.
