The Friends of Boundary Park have been successful at getting a grant from the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy via Enfield Council for improvement works to the vegetation and footpath improvements over the next couple of months.
The council are still seeking further funding to carry out other aspects (amenity features, Sustainable Drainage and wetlands). They will be carrying out a public consultation to consider these additional aspects of the project.
The Enfield Society have held several litter-pick sessions along Boundary Stream and we are very pleased to see a local Community Group getting involved in this part of the Borough.
