Meet 10.45 in the entrance foyer for the TfL Central, Overground (Mildmay) and Elizabeth Lines at Stratford Station.

The Central and Elizabeth Lines take about 10 minutes from Liverpool Street and the Mildmay Line about 15 minutes from Highbury & Islington. On arrival at Stratford follow the exit signs for Westfield Stratford City and use the escalators to reach the foyer. Toilets are located inside the Westfield Shopping Centre and are about 4 minutes walk from the meeting point.

Today’s 2½ to 3 hour linear walk has interestingly varied and constantly changing scenes. Various options to end, including from the “Ragged School Museum” (with a coffee/toilet stop) and later on from Limehouse Basin (nearby DLR trains go to The City or to Canary Wharf).
