AGM 2019

AGM Report

The AGM on 13th June was attended by around 45 members. David James and Richard Stones were re-elected as Treasurer and Secretary for another year and four of our Trustees retired by rotation and were re-elected; Bob Fowler, Janet McQueen, Val Munday and Anne Osborne.

Two additional Trustees, Hilary Morris and Andrew Lack, who had been co-opted during the past year, had their membership of the Committee confirmed.

The meeting also confirmed the nomination of Leonard Will to be a Vice-President, in recognition of his contribution to the Society over many years.

AGM Talk

Following the formal business of the meeting Carol Fisk of Enfield RoadWatch and Alice Roberts of the Campaign to Protect Rural England gave a talk entitled Keeping Enfield Green. You can read what they had to say in our Autumn 2019 newsletter.
