Arnos Grove portico
The Southgate Beaumont Nursing Care Centre, 15 Cannon Hill, formerly Arnos Grove, (Arno’s Grove), was built between 1719 and 1723 for James Colebrooke, a London banker and mercer, possibly to a design by William Talman. The building was extended in 1928 as offices of the North Metropolitan Electricity Supply Company and called Northmet House.
